We pushed out a fix on Friday 19th January and we are currently monitoring the results.

Update
We are aiming to have a permanent fix towards the end of this week, beginning of next. In spite of our best efforts we are aware that some recordings are not always available on the same day. Please be assured that we are working to make them available as soon as we can, however sometimes this may extend over to the following day.

Monitoring
We are aware of and are working to fix a bug with WBSLive recordings which is delaying the publishing of them on my.wbs. We have an interim fix in place which will mean recordings will be available on the same day and we will look to roll out a more permanent fix and faster turnaround time for publishing the recordings in the coming weeks. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
